Some of us have done very well out of the Network marketing Industry, while many just never seem to make it. Recent experience backs up what I learned many years ago. Follow this, and you can have the kind of success I and many others enjoy. Let’s face it, I haven’t worked a day in a real job for over 8 years!

Essential Elements of Home Based Business Success.

The golden rule of success in this industry is FAST! When you join a new opportunity, you are excited and filled with vision of what is about to happen. You see yourself on that yacht, in that new house, with bucket loads of money, on the dream vacation, etc. Your belief level is high.

A funny thing happens when you go out into the world and tell people how this will change your life. Some of them believe you and want your new bound enthusiasm for themselves! They join your organization.

Then something happens. First one, then 2, then 3 say no. Your enthusiasm level drops and suddenly no one wants to be part of your dream! The reason, you lost your mojo! For most, this is the end of the road. You quit, or go find another company that will solve the problem.

The Secret Is To Start Fast!

When I join a new venture, I make a list of people who are interested in making money. Normally I will have around 100 on my list.

I contact them one by one telling them I have found something fantastic that I believe will be the next big thing and that I am putting my forces behind it. They know I will do that, because of past experience!

Those who express interest are sent to a presentation or three way call and asked to join the team. The result is 2 or 3 new enrolments in the first 72 hours.

What Happens Next

This is the part that will make or break your success in this industry. It is called “Duplication”

You want to inspire your new team members to do what you did. Make a list, call them, and introduce them to the system. Then together you see if it is a fit for them.

They, in turn, find 2 people in 72 hours. Just about all of us can find at least 2 people who will join us in a new venture. You simply go through the numbers until you find them!

One trick to expand your sphere of influence is to ask if they know anyone who may be interested? If you got 3 referrals from each of your 100, you would have 300 hot leads.

Now you have an organization of 6, and you just enrolled 2!

The Third Wave

Now for the BIG MONEY! In my experience, most miss this important bit. Your second level distributors need to do what those you sponsored did! That’s right, we need to get them to expose the business to 100 people in a few days and get 2 in 72 hours each. Still with me. This is simple, but very few do it!

The Final Step

The people you sponsored work 3 levels deep and train their recruits to do the same. Get the machine happening and everyone wins. The best part is that you all make a fortune! Sure it takes time, but cycling through 72 hours will give the following.

“How To Build A Bullet Proof Customer Base To Ensure Your MLM Success”

Introduction

Over the last 12 years, I have built 4 successful Network Marketing Business to the point that I earned over $2,000 a month in residual income. I have experienced success with several other companies, but not to this extent.

During this time, I have been lost in confusion on many fundamental questions.
1. Can I risk all my eggs in one basket by focusing on just one company?
2. Should I focus on recruiting Business Builders or Product Users?
3. How Can I Retain My Customers and increase automatic orders in the group?
4. How Can I assist team members to make an income from the business?
I would be willing to bet that if you have put serious effort into any MLM venture, you have asked yourself similar questions. After 12 years, I have finally settled on some answers, and as a result my business is moving ahead at a rapid rate.
How My Income Has Progressed

Income wise, just to give you an idea of the power of continuing self improvement and learning, here is my total sales for the last 4 years.

2006/7    $126,784

2007/8    $166,145

2008/9 $219,000

The Answers To My Questions?

You might like to know the conclusion I finally came to, and what that has meant for my business.
1. It takes enormous application to build a 7 figure income in any business. If you want a 6 or 7 figure income in Network Marketing, the fastest way is to pick one company and put all your business building efforts into that opportunity. By all means keep old networks ticking over, especially if you continue to receive an income for little work, and use them as a source for customers and business partners for your main company. If your other products are compatable with those of your main MLM, advertising other products and gaining customers can give you a great source of additional contacts. Concentrate on one company to reach the top!
2. It doesn’t matter whether you recruit business builders or product users. I concentrate on product users. Business people monitor my success and want to join my team. Other business people get help from products and decide they want to switch to this business. It eliminates cold calling people who aren’t really interested and provides the opportunity to find successful people to work with. My opinion, go for business builders if you have a hard head and are not easily put off. It can be soul destroying if you don’t have a thick skin!
3. Keeping in touch is the best way to retain your team members and customers. I use automated email as a way to achieve this. It is the cheapest, most efficient method. Follow up is always a trade off with time available. There are many methods available to maintain customer contact.
4. A system is the best way to assist others. By creating duplicable systems and training your team how to use them successfully, you can leverage your success through many layers of the organization.
How To Build A Customer Base

Building a customer base requires a way to constantly attract product prospects, filter them to sort out who is ready for more information or to purchase, and then directing them to make that purchase with the minimum possible intervention on your part. Personally, I believe in personal contact by phone or email as part of the process. Loyalty is important and is built mostly by personal contact. A fully automated system is a nice idea, but in my opinion, you could lose 50% or more of your new business this way.

In order to achieve great success, it is necessary to develop your own style, or brand. People are attracted to you as compared to the thousands of other distributors for your products. There are many people out there who will resonate to your message, and they are the ones you are looking for. Trying to please everyone is a sure fire recipe for failure!

With that in mind, the best way, and what I teach, is to have multiple methods of finding and attracting prospects, and a sales funnel to put them through once they are interested.
Why Network Marketing Is The Best

In my opinion, Network Marketing represents you best shot at financial freedom and a permanent income stream at a low risk. You don’t have to invest $1m to make enough to live on. Unlike Affiliate marketing, and other internet marketing, you can leverage your business through multiple levels in your organization. Not just one or two. The bulk of my business comes from people I didn’t introduce.

What Network Marketing Has Done To Change My Life

I am writing this post from the 38^th floor of the Wynn, the only 5 star Casino Resort in Las Vegas. It costs $500 to play a round of Golf around here and the shops sell dresses for $8,000 or more.

No, I am not a high roller, although I can see the time coming when I could be if I chose to, it is simply a reward trip from my main Network Marketing company for being one of their world wide top performers.

Here I am on the couch in our luxury room. This ahs one of the best beds we have ever slept in and we have been provided sumptuous meals while here. When we arrived, we were met by one of the top distributors who bragged that she had 4 people in the top 10 last month. Now that’s pretty impressive, but it reminded me that I had 3 in the top 10 in September and People kept coming up to me and telling me how well Australia was doing. Then I realised they were talking about my team members.

I am not sure if you have ever considered a career in Network Marketing, but if you are, you might want to talk to me!

In my current company I have topped the enroller list worldwide twice, been number 3 enroller in 2007, won 4 international reward trips in 2 years (that’s all of them!) and seen many of my team members recognised as top performers in the company. One of them is with me on this trip – a real thrill for me.

I know some of you will say big deal, but did you get to see Bette Midler last night? It was one of the best shows we have ever seen and Linda’s Mascara kept running we were so moved by the performance. This alone was worth the trip. We have hiked in Canyons at 9,000 feet, and visited some amazing natural wonders in the last few days.

Sometimes, we just don’t realise how much we affect other people. It has been my privilege to help a few individuals who have made a decision to change their circumstances and choose me to assist them. This is what excites me about Network Marketing. Ordinary people can lead extraordinary lives. It isn’t too hard to earn $300-500 a month. With a little additional effort $2,000 or more is possible in a few months as some of my team members now realise.

Anyway, I will be forever grateful for this industry and the chance to work from home.
