If you have been in Network Marketing for any length of time, you will fall into one of two categories.

You are making a full time income. These people have it together and are really living the dream.

You aren’t! This is the rest of the people who have dreams, but haven’t realized them, whatever they are. I know the kind of money people make in the companies I am in, and although I do great, I see all those names up in lights who are barely making enough to pay for their products. They are looking good, and possibly going nowhere!

Recently I joined TSA, a syndication program where we comment on each others’ blogs and syndicate articles to get more traffic. It is a fantastic idea and is already providing more traffic for my blog. When I started looking around at other people’s blogs, and exposed myself to Twitter and Social networking sites, it dawned on me that everyone is wanting to help people succeed! While this is a great idea, I wonder how many are actually qualified to do this. Many will have a lead generation program they hope will do it, or are busy purchasing courses from the Gurus which often don’t even work when you follow their ideas. I suspect that fake it to you make it is a big part of many of these fancy sites offering all sorts of programs to help you be successful.

With 13 years of Network Marketing under my belt, living off it for the last 8 years, I have learned a thing or two! Even though the internet has been a great source of leads and customers, it is only because of the sheer weight of numbers that it has worked for me. In my case, most of the leads that come from the net don’t do very well at the business, and I wonder, Why?

A New Plan

Six figures simply isn’t enough for me anymore! I figured out with a growing child and no retirement funds, I need a bit more, so I thought about a change in strategy. Here it is.

It is easier to build a business locally than long distance! That means getting back to basics. Running meetings, inviting guests, making presentations and providing samples. Then encouraging your new recruits to do the same. This builds excitement and can really get things going. There is nothing new in this.

What if you could add the power of the internet to provide a stream of customers for your products on top of the local meetings? Something to fuel the fire with extra volume to help people reach a profit faster! Does that appeal to you?

My Hybrid System

This is what I am about to commence, after I return from a paid holiday in Las Vegas, courtesy of my primary MLM.

Start a weekly meeting in my area. Promote it through the press, direct mail, networking, etc.

Offer to place some of my internet business under those who join.

Teach them how to build a business locally.

If they want to, show them how to find customers on line.

Last time I did this, I added an extra $1,000 in residual income in a few months. I am sure it can happen much faster now. I am busy putting a training site together for my team, to show them step by step how to build a successful Network Marketing business, to give them a very clear path to follow. If you aspire to be a leader, and are not making it just yet, you can learn from me, or put something similar in place, and in a few months see your organization grow.

I know I can do so much more working with a team locally. They all get together, form strong relationships, and support each other – just like the TSA! Funny how we miss simple solutions to our challenges in life.

I wish you every success in this great industry,

John Gaydon

Those who read this site know that I spent the latter part of last year putting my MLM Customer Acquisition System together. While this represents a huge body of work and practical ways to market anything on the internet, there is still more to do before I release it.

For those of you following this, I am in the process of doing the homework exercises myself on camera so that you will be able to see exactly how I do all of the things I ask you to do as you build your web arsenal.

In the meantime, expect to see tips and ideas from me that you can use to enhance your internet marketing. This is like the appetizer for the main course. These ideas will help increase traffic, and may make you money on their own.

Why Your Posts Are Important

One way of boosting your web traffic is by finding blogs on subjects similar to your own and posting comments. Doing this you expose many new people to your information and if your comments interest people, they will click through to your blog and investigate what you offer further.

In the end we are providing useful information to assist you and others to improve your success in life and on the internet, so if you came here from a comment of mine, it is likely you will check out some more of my stuff. Some of you will even end up purchasing courses and that is what keeps me afloat! You can do the same in your niche.

OK, now when you post a comment, most blogs leave a link to your website with your most recent post. If you have a blog on cooking and your last post was on sand mining, this is what they will see.

The question is, if you are looking for cooking information, are you more or less likely to click on the link if you see the last article was off topic?

Keep To Your Niche

I don’t think I need a crystal ball here. Most people will simply dismiss the comment as a ploy to get them to go to the other website, and not a genuine comment from an expert in cooking!

This is a pretty simple tip. I have fallen into the trap, left a comment and realized the last topic had nothing to do with my comment. I pretty well wasted my time!

So, what are you waiting for, start blogging, and commenting on other blogs and watch your traffic counter rise.

Of course, when my MLMCAS System is released, I will take you though this and many other ideas to build your presence on the internet.

If you liked this post, please tell others, tweet, use your facebook, email to your list, etc. Together we can all create success!
