Which Little Pig Are You?

We all know the story of the three little pigs. Let’s face it, this is universal. I remember one Christmas viewing a display in Merida in the Yucatan and who could forget the Warner Brothers Jazz version, where the tag line is, “The Big Bad Wolf, he learned the rules. You got to be hot to play real cool.” In this cartoon the wolf wanted to join the three little pig’s band and couldn’t play the trumpet until he was killed! He went to hell and suddenly could play.

The House Of Straw

Many Networkers build their house on straw. They contact their friends and relatives and invite them to a meeting, just like they were told to. The challenge is that none of their contacts was even interested in a business, let alone annoying their own friends and relatives. One day they start getting bugged by their peer group. What are you doing in that scam! After a few months everyone quits and their house crumbles.

The House of Sticks.

Many see the folly of the friends and family approach. After all, you need at least a few hundred people in your organisation to make any sort of residual income! They realize they have to find a “cold” market and get them interested. These people go out and purchase leads, buy a whole heap of magic bullet solutions, advertise with a “shotgun” approach where they have no idea if they will get results. Now, some strike it lucky, but for most the big bad wolf comes along in the form of maxed out credit cards and because they simply aren’t making a profit from their marketing, they have to stop.

The House Of Bricks

You know about this one! There are others who put together a systematic plan for success. They build a complete marketing system with a solid foundation. They have multiple ways to attract prospects which is individualized to their own personality. They draw a tribe of similar people who love being part of their team. Of course, this takes time and effort and the guidance of someone who has gone before, but the long term results are there for all to see!

Which Do You Choose?

Personally, I have always built my businesses out of bricks, laying a solid foundation and building on it. I spent thousands of hours pouring through Internet Marketing courses, weeding out the wheat from the chaff, until I figured out a way to build marketing funnels that produced month after month and year after year. In fact some of these have been producing for over 5 years!

OK, it took a while to learn the skills and some time to apply them. Was it worth it – you bet! Now my first task when joining a new business is to construct an internet marketing funnel to drive leads and customers to me!

What Can You Do?

Well, there are many choices. You can do it yourself, trying out many different magic bullet solutions. You can set up replicating web sites, and all sorts of other piecemeal approaches. Or, you could join the MLM Profit Booster family and for just $27 a month, get the step by step training that will set you apart. Using this detailed material, you will be building on a solid foundation, and each layer of your business will be using bricks rather than sticks or straw. The result over time, is that you will see a constant stream of customers and prospects coming your way! You can find out more at http://www.mlmprofitbooster.biz/?p=432

If you have been in Network Marketing for a while, you will probably relate to this story. If not, you are going to learn something important.

The Importance Of Leads

Everyone knows it, if you have no one to talk to, you can’t grow a business. We all have a limited circle of friends (except Paris Hilton of course) and sooner or later we run out of our warm market.

When I started some 13 years ago, I went to markets and fairs, collected names, phoned them, sent information and visited for a personal consultation. It worked – for a while. Soon everyone at the fairs had MLM experience and was either trying to flog their own program or had enough.

Next I advertised off line in magazines and Newspapers. Again for a while it worked. I would advertise a tape or CD, send one out to anyone who enquired, follow up with a call, and then three way them onto a conference call or connect them to my up line. It worked – for a while. Advertising costs rose and response diminished until it was uneconomical.

Along the way I learned scripts from Dani Johnson, Big Al’s first sentence, Randy Gage’s how to make your first $100,000 in MLM, and studied a host of others. Armed with all this I purchased a few hundred leads. I would spend an hour a day calling 10-20, got a positive response from the scripts, but no enrolments. It was demotivating, to say the least.

I joined a few Internet Marketing Lead generation systems. These were operated by Michael Price, Tim Alvater, Mike Klingler and others. I talked to a lot of people, many agreed to join, but very little business came as a result.

The Funded Proposal

I found Magnetic Sponsoring in 2005. The idea of a funded proposal appealed to me, and for a year or so I did quite well. Still not many joined my business, most were more interested in building theirs! It did pay for itself for a while, and then I started thinking. The whole concept of this is to focus on selling the funded proposal concept to others. It only helps your MLM building if those people join you. Daegan Smith and Jonathon Budd followed on from this.

An Alternate Concept

All this time, I was making most of my money promoting MLM products. I had sales every week, at times daily, and many of my customers with some gently prompting, turned into business builders. I made a profit out of my promotion, built volume and my organisation. I developed my own systems, and duplicated it through my organisation.

Perhaps you might recognise some of these situations. It got me thinking. If it was easier to attract customers and potential partners promoting products, and there was little competition, why not put all this together so others could learn what I know! This became a huge project which finally turned into my step by step program to marketing any MLM (or other) product on the internet.

You are going to find this a very detailed training which shows you exactly how to build an internet marketing arm for your business from scratch. I have tested thousands of ideas, and only include what works to save you time and money.

If this appeals to you, go to http://www.mlmprofitbooster.biz/?p=432 and fill in the form. It may well be the solution you are looking for.

One more thing, this is not for whimps. There is work required. Some of the systems I set up using this training have been providing sales for over 5 years, so it is totally proven. What’s more, even thought there is a lucrative affiliate program where you can meet other networkers who may join you at some later date, you are not teaching them to compete. It is most likely that your products are not sold in their markets.

This truly is teaching you how to sell your products on line, not how to sell the MLM Profit Booster. That is the difference between this program and the funded proposal. If this makes sense, go to http://www.mlmprofitbooster.biz/?p=432 and at least have a look. It may be the breakthrough you have been searching for.

Over the last 13 years part of my journey has been Network Marketing. Along the way, I have built 4 successful networks, and made a profit from several more. Usually, I won’t join anything unless the products make a real difference to people’s lives, but along the way I have been talked into a few things. I am not saying anything is a bad company, but recently I did have an experience that leaves a bad taste and I thought you should know about it!

To understand what is happening for me here, I think a little of my history is in order. Here are a couple of my not so good experiences.

NATO

This company sold a product called Bitron. It is an engine oil additive designed to increase fuel economy. I enthusiastically handed over $1080 for my 3 business centers and started calling everyone I know. I did eventually make enough commission to cover my investment and on a test run my old clanker used 20% less fuel, so I believed in the product! Unfortunately, a couple of my distributors used the product in new cars and claimed they suffered engine damage. The tyre puncture product just plain didn’t work, and eventually I believe they dropped the network marketing and went retail. The truth is, fuel additives are interesting, but not my passion!

SkyBiz

Any of you who have been around for a while will know of this company. They sold a website builder at a time when the internet required hand html coding to produce web pages. The story was similar. I put tremendous effort into promoting this program and talked to all my upline leaders. Then some persuasive contact invited me to her home and a Skybiz heavy handed sales person appeared with all sorts of promises. I ended up with $560 missing from my bank account and the whole thing collapsed pretty soon after. Skybiz ended up being wound up by the FTC.

Success In Network Marketing

Just to balance this out, there have been some wonderful journeys. For me, they have all been with nutrition companies, and they have all been with products I felt good about. The following companies I would recommend for having effective products, although I am not active in all of them right now. I have been active in Mannatech, The AIM Companies, The Brain Garden (this no longer exists), and more recently Waiora. In all of these I reached an income level of well over $2,000 a month, and except for Brain Garden over $3,000 a month. I really love this industry and have benefitted from many holiday’s of a lifetime! This brings me to Shopping Genie.

Shopping Genie Journey

A few months ago, an English guy contacted me on Skype. He found my details somewhere and contacted me about a new program, Shopping Genie. This was to revolutionize MLM as the main product was a free give away for people to save money. We got paid on enrolments and when people used the genie. He was really pushy, and kept at me.

Well, I downloaded the application and did a few searches, and it did find some good prices on some electronic items. I paid my $199.00 and joined. I then sent out some emails and one person joined under me. This was someone I introduced to my up line on the promise I just send people to them and they would do all the work. Well, a couple of weeks later I saw this person in my genealogy, enrolled by my up line! I protested and was told it will all be fixed, but it never was.

Then I saw a commission cheque of $81.16 at a time I was ready to click. This was from the 66 people I have given the genie to. Now according to my up line, I would receive $3 a month from every person I gave this app to on average. With that amount being more that the $29.99 a month, I continued on against my better judgement. Then things started unraveling.

I put up an ad on google and started to receive heaps of interest. A few days later I was contacted by them and they threatened to cancel my advertising account because of my genie ad. In the end, this probably saved me money.

I enrolled another person, and have still received nothing from my enrolment efforts. The $81 disappeared from site and became $15.39. There was one more entry of $40.20 and then nothing! The posting of this PPC commission has been months after it was supposedly earned, and I wrote to the company explaining my plight.

The response was that I could be paid my commission in a cheque if I liked. No comment on the galumphing of my contacts, the poor commission payments, or my request to cancel my monthly payment.

My Advice – Stay Clear Of the Genie

In good conscience, I am now having to eat humble pie and admit this program, for me at least, is dubious. I have a friend who loves it and is busy building a business, but it is not for me, and I will be deleting any promotional stories and making sure everyone I know is told not to join this company. I love network marketing, and nearly all my income over the last 8 years is from this industry. I suggest you do your due diligence before joining My Shopping Genie, and don’t succumb to high pressure sales tactics. Every time I have, it has cost me money!

Footnote – How I Do Things

I adopted a different approach to Network Marketing some time ago. I built systems to attract customers and over the years have built these up to a sophisticated level. It means I am not harassing anyone, and I find people who want my products, help them get a product experience, and then training them in how to make money. That is what my MLM Profit Booster training is all about. Bit by bit, I will teach you how to do what I do, starting with what makes money fast, and moving on to many other ideas you can use to increase your Network Marketing success. The system is just $27 a month, and is designed to tech you skills step by step. You can use this information with any company, even Shopping Genie, although I wouldn’t recommend it!

I trust this post is of use to you, and gives you a few clues you can use to select your next Network Marketing venture. Don’t believe the hype! Do your due diligence and only join something in alignment with your spirit.

They are looking good, and possibly going nowhere!

Recently I joined TSA, a syndication program where we comment on each others’ blogs and syndicate articles to get more traffic. It is a fantastic idea and is already providing more traffic for my blog. When I started looking around at other people’s blogs, and exposed myself to Twitter and Social networking sites, it dawned on me that everyone is wanting to help people succeed! While this is a great idea, I wonder how many are actually qualified to do this. Many will have a lead generation program they hope will do it, or are busy purchasing courses from the Gurus which often don’t even work when you follow their ideas. I suspect that fake it to you make it is a big part of many of these fancy sites offering all sorts of programs to help you be successful.

With 13 years of Network Marketing under my belt, living off it for the last 8 years, I have learned a thing or two! Even though the internet has been a great source of leads and customers, it is only because of the sheer weight of numbers that it has worked for me. In my case, most of the leads that come from the net don’t do very well at the business, and I wonder, Why?

A New Plan

Six figures simply isn’t enough for me anymore! I figured out with a growing child and no retirement funds, I need a bit more, so I thought about a change in strategy. Here it is.

It is easier to build a business locally than long distance! That means getting back to basics. Running meetings, inviting guests, making presentations and providing samples. Then encouraging your new recruits to do the same. This builds excitement and can really get things going. There is nothing new in this.

What if you could add the power of the internet to provide a stream of customers for your products on top of the local meetings? Something to fuel the fire with extra volume to help people reach a profit faster! Does that appeal to you?

My Hybrid System

This is what I am about to commence, after I return from a paid holiday in Las Vegas, courtesy of my primary MLM.

Start a weekly meeting in my area. Promote it through the press, direct mail, networking, etc.

Offer to place some of my internet business under those who join.

Teach them how to build a business locally.

If they want to, show them how to find customers on line.

Last time I did this, I added an extra $1,000 in residual income in a few months. I am sure it can happen much faster now. I am busy putting a training site together for my team, to show them step by step how to build a successful Network Marketing business, to give them a very clear path to follow. If you aspire to be a leader, and are not making it just yet, you can learn from me, or put something similar in place, and in a few months see your organization grow.

I know I can do so much more working with a team locally. They all get together, form strong relationships, and support each other – just like the TSA! Funny how we miss simple solutions to our challenges in life.

I wish you every success in this great industry,

John Gaydon

John here, and today I want to share something that is important to me right now! You see, I have been on line for over 10 years, and making money for the last 5.

I am sure you have seen all the sales letters and emails. A few people are making millions, while the rest of us seem to be losing the game. That’s right, the old strategies are just not working as well as they used to.

I have watched my income slowly decline, as the drop in ppc traffic hasn’t so far been taken up by other methods. I clearly need to make some changes.

When You Have Problem – Take Action

It is very clear to me that becoming an authority figure is where it is at. That means being a leader in your niche, and then connecting with hoards of people of like mind. As they soak up your content, they will follow your recommendations and your income will build. In essence, with the right approach, it is the numbers that will start pushing your cash flow in the right direction. What do I do, I take action and start exploring new ways to operate. At 58, I am still innovative, and looking forward to the future.

Over the last few months, I have purchased a number of courses. They include Video Easy Player, which I now use for my videos, Jonathon Budd’s MLM launch formula, which so far hasn’t yielded me much, Ryan Deiss’s Video Sales Letter Generator, another which didn’t really work so far. Why would I get these results, when it appears all of this amazing new stuff works. After all everyone uses video sales letters now.

I Haven’t Blown My Trumpet Enough!

Back 4 years ago, I took a risk. I enrolled in Mike Dillard’s Magnetic Sponsoring and Traffic Formula. This was Mike’s first major offering on the internet. He is now listed as making over $865,000 a month. Why, because he has positioned himself as the go to man for Network Marketing! Every time I get stuck, I invest in some new learning. Heck, Mike says he spends thousands a month on new training to keep up with what is happening. I recognize, I need to 0udate myself and get with the new paradigm. That paradigm is Social Networking. Get with it or get left behind!

Do You Want To Create An On Line Empire?

There is no doubt that properly constructed, the internet can connect you with millions of people. I have several high SEO rankings, 10 people join my lists every day, around 200 a day visit my blogs. Recently I joined the Tribe Syndication Association, a very clever idea where a group of people syndicate each other’s content and leave real comments on blogs. This is only new to me, but already it is starting to take traction and my personal blog (this one) is starting to receive more traffic. TSA is free, and over 2 weeks you get great instruction on how to approach Social Media. Honestly, this is better training than the courses I have paid for, and I am connecting with some great new friends. When they announced a training course, I thought about it for a while, then jumped in! You see, business today is all about connections. With enough connections, and the right content, anything is possible. Again, I repeat, to get to a high level of success, you need to establish yourself as the go to person, like Mike Dillard and others.

What Can You Do?

Tribe Domination, the new and first offering from this group, is available until September 29 only. If you are serious about growing your on line presence to the next level, I suggest you enroll. These guys know what they are doing. I am seeing results after just 2 weeks, and I suggest you take a risk and at least have a look at this program. Click on Tribe Domination right now and check it out. I am telling you, this is the next step to stay ahead of the crowd. That’s why I am doing this, and I would love to start syndicating with you, and working together in a mastermind group as we move forward.

One More thing

If this isn’t enough already to get you salivating, I am happy to give you some bonuses. Simply purchase Tribe domination through my affiliate link and then email me once you are in. If you don’t have it already, I will give you access to my MLM Customer Acquisition system, detailing many ways to build your presence on line and gain top SEO rankings, and Lead Generation domination, a new program designed to help you build a lead list for your business.

My second bonus is membership of a club, working with me, to develop your presence in a mastermind group. Together we will develop strategies to make you successful. It works for me to have peers to consult with, and it will work for you. You get to tap into my expertise, and we all grow. This is what people are looking for and you never find anywhere, a mentor that will spend time with you. I am dong this because I believe that I am now poised to really increase my success, and I am more than happy to share what I learn with those who come on the journey with me.

OK, that’s it from me. The amount of income you make on line is directly proportional to how much people see you as a leader. You build that reputation through content and connections. Tribe Domination is designed to give you the skills to get into the fast lane and start reaping rewards. We just won another trip to Las Vegas yesterday, so I can assure you those rewards are real! Please do yourself a favour and go and enroll or at least check out Tribe Domination before the doors close in a few days time. You won’t regret it, and of course they back it all with a guarantee.

I look forward to moving to the next level with you alongside me. Remember, do something or get left behind.

The Background

I have been pretty successful in my on line Network Marketing ventures. After studying Traffic Formula with Mike Dillard some 4 years ago, I put it all to work and refined it with material from Armand Morin’s Internet Marketing Explained a year later. These are still the best two trainings I have purchased my whole time on line! In recent years, most of my income has originated in on line activity, but I am always looking to keep up to date with the latest and trial new things!

These last few months I have put enormous effort following some of the new superstars on the block. This included Rik Katz and his “MLM Mastermind”, Ryan Deiss’s “Video Sales Letter”, Daegan Smith’s “Maximum Leverage”, and most recently Jonathon Budd’s “MLM Launch Formula”. All together, when you include all the extras they recommend, there is well over $1,000 spent. I don’t think I am a complete idiot, but I thought I would document my results thus far.

First, I am not a quitter. I realize we live in changing times. A couple of years ago, it was much easier. You didn’t have so many people listening to gurus, copying everything they said, and then becoming a clone! I have seen this before in the New Age movement back in the 1980s. The gurus make heaps of money pioneering new territory, then they make promises that simply don’t happen for just about everybody, while maximizing their income. Eventually everyone is “trained” to run their own operation, and there is no one left who wants to learn! When I would suggest this sort of idea, I would be branded as someone who had bad thinking, or believed in scarcity.

I Am Not A Quitter.

Interestingly enough, my PPC campaigns still bring me new prospects every day, my blogs are pulling over 500 unique visitors a day, and according to Google, I am getting great exposure for some of the high ranked keywords in my niches. People contact me after viewing my youtube videos or reading articles they find all over the net. My following is steadily growing – but it’s not from the new stuff!

So here we go. In the next few paragraphs, I will provide some detail on what happened with MLM launch formula. In future weeks, I will discuss some of the other programs, what I did, and the results. I would love you to leave comments with your experience so that future readers will get a more balanced opinion that that of my individual journey with this.

The Learning Phase.

I listened to all 6 webinars. Much of it made sense. There was so much information, that I started to feel even more overwhelmed than usual. This course has enormous content. I was prepared to try it all out.

I had started a new MLM, one which complements my marketing efforts. I believe in video, so Talk Fusion seemed a sensible option. It is now paying me a monthly income, adding an additional stream to my portfolio, and I love the video emails. If you are on my list, you will get one about this article! I thought this would be a great product to do a launch on, so I plunged into it.

I Set Up My MLM Launch

I took all the emails they stressed would work, and modified them to reflect my personal information. I have a great story, so that was fine. I was uneasy about the direct approach, which is a little uncomfortable for me, but I did it anyway.

I put my webinar together, using Ryan Deiss’s Video Sales Letter format combined with ideas from Jonathon Budd. I think it looks pretty cool. I even set up a perpetual launch formula version which I have scheduled every Wednesday. Again, it seems like a pretty cool idea.

I contacted the people who I met on the launch formula and told them about it, plus I initiated the email sequence to a list of 280 people. Most of these were fairly fresh leads. Now all I had to do was wait for the registrations!

The Results

Well, 5 new people registered for the webinars. There was one enquiry from a fellow MLM launch student, and a couple of onlookers who are already in my organization. Of those, none turned up on the night, and I haven’t heard from them since. That means no matter how good the webinar was, with no one watching it, there was no possibility of getting any business! So there I am after many hours spent on this project, that I could have put into other known ways to build my business, with nothing to show for my efforts!

I am only one person, and I would very much appreciate any comments or suggestions as to why this didn’t work. Perhaps you have tried this too. Perhaps you can shed some light on some of the other guru projects out there. You may be thinking I am hopeless, or my mindset is wrong, or whatever. Maybe so, but I have done pretty well over the years. I don’t think you get $15,000 in a single month in commission if you are useless!

Lessons Learnt

I am not very fond of BS. That is why I only exposed this to a small list. I am going back to being honest with my contacts, of telling my story, warts and all, just like this article. That way you know that when I shout my successes, they are genuine. By following me, you will get my experience, and hopefully add yours, to help others navigate their way through the hype and fancy copywriting to a place where they can put their heart and soul into projects knowing that you can get real results! I know we live in tough times. One has to be more discerning these days. The challenge is that if you throw your money at some fancy scheme and it doesn’t produce, you are left in an even more vulnerable position and may be forced to go back to a JOB instead of creating a life of freedom for your family!

Thanks for taking the time to read all of this.

Some of us have done very well out of the Network marketing Industry, while many just never seem to make it. Recent experience backs up what I learned many years ago. Follow this, and you can have the kind of success I and many others enjoy. Let’s face it, I haven’t worked a day in a real job for over 8 years!

Essential Elements of Home Based Business Success.

The golden rule of success in this industry is FAST! When you join a new opportunity, you are excited and filled with vision of what is about to happen. You see yourself on that yacht, in that new house, with bucket loads of money, on the dream vacation, etc. Your belief level is high.

A funny thing happens when you go out into the world and tell people how this will change your life. Some of them believe you and want your new bound enthusiasm for themselves! They join your organization.

Then something happens. First one, then 2, then 3 say no. Your enthusiasm level drops and suddenly no one wants to be part of your dream! The reason, you lost your mojo! For most, this is the end of the road. You quit, or go find another company that will solve the problem.

Has this every happened to you, or anyone you know?

The Secret Is To Start Fast!

When I join a new venture, I make a list of people who are interested in making money. Normally I will have around 100 on my list.

I contact them one by one telling them I have found something fantastic that I believe will be the next big thing and that I am putting my forces behind it. They know I will do that, because of past experience!

Those who express interest are sent to a presentation or three way call and asked to join the team. The result is 2 or 3 new enrolments in the first 72 hours.

What Happens Next

This is the part that will make or break your success in this industry. It is called “Duplication”

You want to inspire your new team members to do what you did. Make a list, call them, and introduce them to the system. Then together you see if it is a fit for them.

They, in turn, find 2 people in 72 hours. Just about all of us can find at least 2 people who will join us in a new venture. You simply go through the numbers until you find them!

One trick to expand your sphere of influence is to ask if they know anyone who may be interested? If you got 3 referrals from each of your 100, you would have 300 hot leads.

Now you have an organization of 6, and you just enrolled 2!

The Third Wave

Now for the BIG MONEY! In my experience, most miss this important bit. Your second level distributors need to do what those you sponsored did! That’s right, we need to get them to expose the business to 100 people in a few days and get 2 in 72 hours each. Still with me. This is simple, but very few do it!

The Final Step

The people you sponsored work 3 levels deep and train their recruits to do the same. Get the machine happening and everyone wins. The best part is that you all make a fortune! Sure it takes time, but cycling through 72 hours will give the following.

That’s 4,000 in a month just repeating every 72 hours. Now you know how the big guns do it. They duplicate FAST!

Now A Question for You Reading This Article?

Would you like to experience these kinds of results?

Well, I am involved with a fairly new enterprise. Their product is fantastic value and will enhance any business. The monthly spend is just $25 and I have added over $1,000 worth of bonuses as a sweetner to those who join our organization.

Were you to achieve the figures listed above, your monthly residual income would be $5,100 a month after just one month plus Enrolment Spillovers of around $51,100.

Now I know this is ideal, but if you knew 100% that by enrolling 2 people in 3 days you could generate this sort of income inside of a month, would you be willing to do what it takes to get your two and help them do what you did?

I am looking for 2 savvy people who are ready to put this plan into action. My promise is that I will give you the inspiration and work with you to find 2 like you in your first 72 hours. I have huge mailing lists and can show you how to generate these too. No problems.

You can enrol direct at http://tourtalkfusion.com/1270061 or

I hope you took at look at the video. The question is, is your glass half full or half empty?

When you look at the glass in the picture what does your mind automatically say to you? I know it is a simple analogy, but in my experience, it means a great deal about your ability to be successful in life.

This Is Serious Stuff!

Although this may seem quite trivial to some of you, the way we think, our attitude to life, is probably the biggest factor determining our ability to be successful. If you are happy with mediocrity, working for a boss all your life, not being able to travel, and have free time, this is not for you! It takes time and effort, and a certain degree of risk taking to attain success. It is just the way it is.

Are You Prepared To take Risks?

I went to University. I am sure many of you have attended College or University. I spent 4 years completing my business degree. Although there are some things I learned from that experience, I didn’t get a job based on my qualifications, and For 4 years of my life the returns were minimal. I am using this illustration because most people would be happy to dedicate 4 years and thousands of dollars to an education, thinking that at the end they would get a better job, be more respected, and bring home more money! Fair enough.

These same people look at internet marketing, or network marketing, perhaps give it a go, and if they don’t start making money in a few weeks quit, saying it doesn’t work. Now, if you put the same time and effort into building a home based business you put into a college degree, You would probably earn $100,000 a year or more residual income for the rest of your life. That is equivalent to $2m in the bank at 5% interest, a fairly high level in today’s economy. How long would it take you to save this in your current job?

The Life of The Glass Half Full.

This person always sees the challenges. If they see an opportunity, their first thoughts are, what is the angle? How am I being conned? This can’t possibly be true? You are stupid if you do this. It is all too hard. I am so busy, I couldn’t possibly do this. I am not qualified. These are some of the thoughts of the glass half full person. They are never satisfied, always feeling others are better off, and they never get a fair go.

The Half Glass Full Person.

These people are irrationally optimistic. They see possibilities in everything that comes their way. Everything in life happens for a reason and there is always a positive to come out of any situation, no matter how tragic. If something feels good they check it out, and if it feels right, they jump in. They like someone until their trust is broken. Even then, they view it as a behavior, not the person. They use their creativity to invent magical solutions to problems they encounter. This person never gives up, and once they feel right with a direction will get up again and again until they either feel time is up, or they achieve their goals.

Do You Think These People Experience The Same Life?

The funny thing is that if both of these people experienced exactly the same life challenges, one would see it as a disaster, while the other would be grateful for everything that happened! When you adopt a positive, half full, attitude, you are open to new possibilities. Things seem to come the way of these people. This is not magic. There is a reason.

Why Some People are More Successful.

Success comes in the relationships you have with other people. Whether it is personal or financial, everything you receive comes from other people. Without them we wouldn’t have much of a life. So who would you like to help, to give assistance, to donate money to? Would it be people telling you it can’t work, you are wasting their time, they can’t be bothered, OR those who are grateful, listen to your advice and act on it in good faith?

When we are grateful, open and positive (glass half full) we attract everything we require to have a great life. The more positive and encouraging of others we become, the more they want to give to us, the more they wish to see us attain success.

What You Can Do.

I hope you see the logic of this article. I talk to people very day. Most are skeptical and reluctant to take risks, even if they totally see the sense in it. They come up with ridiculous reasons why they can’t succeed. This is based on the concept their isn’t enough to go around, their glass is half empty.

There are others like me, who keep trying new things. We don’t rush into everything, but we try lots of ideas. Gradually we rise above the pack and start to move towards abundance. If there is a secret, this is it!

Your first step forward is to practice gratitude. Start with being grateful for every good thing in your life. Then extend it to being grateful for absolutely everything, even the bits you don’t like. Think of 5 things you are grateful for first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Do this for 10 days and then see how you feel about life. This simple action can change everything.

Have some fun. All work, no play makes Jack or Jill a dull person. Find something you like that doesn’t involve work and have fun with it. Laughter is another great way to transform your energy.

Take time for inspiration. Find yourself a sanctuary. Somewhere you won’t be disturbed. Go there regularly and use it as your creative space. Going back to the same space will build an energy and pretty soon when you enter that space you will instantly drop into creative mode. From this you draw inspiration and ideas that will take you forward to a magnificent life.

How Does This Change My Finances?

When you adopt a glass half full attitude you will be open to more risk taking. I work in network marketing and I know the possibilities. The few who choose and put their full energy into the right company live an extraordinary life. I would love to work with you and I believe I can help you transform your life and results. My latest venture is Video email and I see this as the next major advance in internet technology. If you would like to join me, go to www.tourtalkfusion.com/1270061 and get started. I am here to help you every step of the way. You don’t need 4 years of your life to create a nice income with this.

Please feel free to contact me at john@pems.com.au to discuss anything you wish. I will do my best to answer you. You can life an extraordinary life. It just takes looking at the glass as half full!

Let’s face it, MLM gets a bad wrap! Most of us have vivid memories of being invited to a secret meeting, only to have the white board rolled out and be told why laundry concentrate is better than the stuff you buy in the Supermarket.

My Early Experience in MLM

My introduction to this industry was in 1972 with a company called Aladdin. I was invited to a huge meeting and left purchasing a position for $60. Some spent thousands to be grandfathered in at the top level. This was a true pyramid, although no one ever said that! In the late 1970s I was convinced to join Amway and remember my local Distributor with his garage full of products. I had another go in the mid 1980s and decided this industry was not for me. This one ended with me phoning all my neighbours and inviting them to one of those home meetings, supplying refreshments and then getting cold shouldered for months afterwards! That is what happens when you live in a small rural community,.

How I Was Romanced Into Network Marketing

You can imagine I was rather resistant to the idea when someone answered an ad for seminars I was holding and invited me to visit him, 100kms from my home. I have always followed my hunches, and discovered he was a skydiver and had a marketing degree. I was writing a book at the time, and he seemed perfect for the forward. I kept in contact.

His first attempt was a water filter company. After constant nagging, he convinced me to try some stuff which he assured me would make my car more economical. It worked and after using 20% less fuel on a long trip, I went to another of those big meetings. They drew all the circles and the 2 x 2 x 2 and told me how I could be rich in a year by following their plan. Well, I knew the product worked, so I bought in at $1,068.00 for 3 business centres.

It was just before Christmas 1997, and I was living on my credit card, paying the interest every month to keep me afloat! On the way out after signing up, my sponsor said, “for $30 you can join 2 other networks, and we can build 3 at once”. Well, $30 seemed very small after what I had just done, so I did what I was told.

For two months nothing happened. Everyone I approached told me to go away. It seemed everyone had tried MLM before and no one liked the idea. It dampened my spirits somewhat. I was in the fortunate position that I was holding festivals with Natural Health, Personal Development and Environment as the theme. We set up booths for each business and scheduled lectures on health.

Business starts To Grow

My first team member was a stall holder. To this day she still orders product and is part of my networking business. I would estimate I have earned at least $100,000 from this one person and all the down line created as a result. I still earn $1,000 a month from her contacts! After 2 months and 6 festivals I received a $436 cheque, not from the fuel company, but the $30 nutrition one. I was excited. Eventually I recovered my $1,000 investment from the fuel company, but never really made much.

Move forward to 2010. I established 3 solid MLM businesses during the last 12 years. Each provides in excess of $1,000 a month residual income, month after month. Two of those are on autopilot, and the other I am building. One month I earned $15,089 in commission, not bad for residual income. In that time I have earned numerous reward trips with the various companies and Network Marketing has given us the lifestyle freedom to choose when and where we work (if that is what you call it!) I have run the business from Guatemala, Cancun in Mexico, Hamilton Island, Las Vegas, New York and many other locations around the globe. It is a rewarding lifestyle.

Why I Believe In Network Marketing

So why do I believe in this business model? Quite simply, it is brilliant if you use it correctly. Let’s face it, not too many people reach even $100,000 a year and if you talk to them you will find they put enormous effort in. Don’t be deluded that it is easy and everyone wants to join you – they don’t. Randy Gage says, “Most people are happy leading quiet lives of desperation,” and I agree. Imagine an extra $1,000 into your bank account every month from work you did years ago! I have that and more.

Let us get down to practical matters. Over the last 12 years I have become smarter! I have been through all the pain of cold calling, harassing friends and relatives, renting stalls at numerous markets and festivals. I have travelled interstate just to run meetings and at one stage I was the presenter for company meetings in two cities! Would you like to know my formula for success in MLM in 2010?

Nowadays I have added internet marketing to my bow. I can reach millions with a simple ad on google and build my business world wide. I know just like Network Marketers, most people on the internet make little money, because they don’t know how to profit from their efforts. In fact last weekend I spent 3 days with Armand Morin, probably the leading Internet Marketing expert in the world, talked to lots of people and all but a few were either starting out or struggling!

My Secret Formula For Success.

I market Network Marketing products on the internet and products on how to make money. From this I get a bunch of people who buy my products, both for making money and better health, an area I am passionate about. I introduce these people to the concept of residual income. That gives them an avenue to continually add more people to the network, gaining up front income to fund lead generation and a growing residual income to support their lifestyle.

I then teach others what I do and those that apply themselves start earning residual income as well. This means that you don’t have to make any profits on sales, because it is the residual income you are seeking. It is a simple formula and it works! Oh yes, did I tell you I never call anyone unless they ask me to! I market my business and answer emails and phone calls. My systems sort out the enquiries and I get a 90% close rate when I actually talk to someone! This is exceptional in this industry. My team members get so used to this, they can’t relate to cold calling 500 people who say they are interested in making money and making nothing out of the entire list. They are spoilt.

A Little Investment Advice.

Do you know how much you would need in the bank to earn $1,000 a month? Well, it is around $250,000 at today’s interest rates. $5,000 a month would require well over $1m in the bank. You can set up a $1,000 a month residual income in less than a year. How long would it take you to save $250,000 in your current situation? This is the real advantage of Network Marketing.

Can you see this model as an alternative to a JOB? You can do this while working in your day time job, and add $1,000 or more part time, or keep going and create a full time income. This is working smarter, not harder. If this concept appeals to you, contact me. I can set you up with all the tools and training to do this as well. It is easy to follow, step by step and it works!

My initial question was the case for Network Marketing. With the ability to sell products at cost, and build a long term residual income, can you think of a better way to live. It is worth the effort, learning curve and time involved. When you get there, you choose if and when you work, have a lifestyle that will be the envy of your neighbours, and the time freedom to live life as you choose!

As we relax in our 14th story hotel room on luxurious Hamilton Island, it is once again a time to reflect on the great things of Network marketing.

John Gaydon relaxing on a reward trip.

Here I am at Sails restaurant overlooking the magnificent Whitsunday Islands. This is truly paradise on earth!

We won this trip, the 4th with one of the networking companies I represent, purely on business gained from the internet! It is the result of distributors and customers added using some of the techniques I have developed over the last 5 years.

Five years ago, I was considering my future with this company. My income had dwindled to almost nothing and my garage was filling up with product! Something had to change.

As selling my monthly regular order of 6 bottles of a product I could only use one of just wasn’t happening, I decided that even if I lost money on sales, it was better than throwing outdated product away! I put together a web page and started a PPC campaign.

The first few months, sales were very slow. I didn’t recoup advertising costs, but I sold enough product to cover my ads, if you didn’t include the product cost. I had a bit more in my pocket!

I kept going and started refining my ads and web page. I did some testing. Well, after 5 months, things started to change. At one stage my monthly income from this reached over $4,000 in commission and I had several networkers join my team just from that google ad and web page. That is the reason we are at Hamilton Island. We regularly appear on the top 10 volume distributors and top 10 enrollers in the company.

Readers of this blog will know that I have developed my Multilevel Marketing Customer Acquisition System, designed to market MLM products on the internet. I have used this with several products from several companies with great success. My personal result is a total of 17 reward trips to exotic places paid for by 3 different Network Marketing companies in the last 6 years! This product is nearing completion as I add the finishing touches with some of the latest information I have learned about internet marketing. This came from blood, sweat and tears, following a number of “Gurus.” Some of their ideas worked, and many didn’t, at least in this field. I can only recommend what work for me. I know they can work for you too. Of all of the other myriad of ideas, many didn’t work for me and some I really can’t comment on.

More recently, I realised that like it or not, getting a constant stream of customers is only part of the answer. To stay successful in MLM, we need to continuously bring on new distributors. As a result, I am now laser focusing my efforts on a system to achieve just that. The Lead Generation Domination System, soon to be released, enables anyone to build a lead list. I show you how to make a profit generating your own leads, and how to ramp the system up to get as many leads as you like! This is a very exciting project.

So watch for more information in the next few weeks. There are two ways you can guarantee to get notification of this new program. You can subscribe to the RSS feed of this blog, or fill out the “Come Fly With Me” form so you will receive notification when the system is released.

I expect this to go viral, and using my methods, simply enrolling 10 people in the program could net you $650 or more.

I will let you in on one more secret. The cost is nowhere near $650! It will be below $60. The best part is, no monthly fees. You pay once and that’s it.

Oh well, back to the beach!

John
