Of course, I knew it would come one day. After all just about every name internet marketer has suffered from this. I guess I have arrived! There was a reason for it, however insane, and I would like to save your account – if you wish to keep it.

What I learned About Google.

Deadly Violation 1.

I did receive a warning. I put an ad for Shopping Genie offering discounts. While the claims were true, google saw it as a get rich quick scheme. A scheme of this type seems to be any mlm or internet marketing training course, any home business, or way of making money other than a legitimate “job”. Even a free report on how to make more money breaks the rules.

My second transgression was a small ad with almost no traffic pointing to the http://mlmprofitbooster.com website. You can have a look and see what horrible claims I make there! Anything remotely like this on a page you send someone on a google ad to gets you banned.

Deadly Violation 2.

One of my friends also sells health products from her site. This is where I made all my money from with google. Now I can’t advertise anything with them. It appears someone didn’t like her, or had ridiculous expectations of the products she purchased, in other words a nutter. This lady complained to the regulators, and I suspect to google who summarily cancelled my friend’s adwords account.

So the second heinous crime is to have anyone complain about one of your ads. It seems that google are sensitive to complaints and will wipe your account if they even get one!

Warning: Once you put an ad on your google adwords account it stays there forever, even if you delete it. That means, don’t even experiment with anything controversial if you wish to keep your account.

What To Do About It

Well, if you must spend money with google, don’t do anything that attracts attention, or has a strong sales message. I might add that 5 years ago my google costs were over $1,000 a month and now they have trickled down to $2-300, so adwords isn’t the force it used to be. Ads that used to pull in dozens of prospects, simply don’t work any more.

Other Advertising

What I am doing now is ramping up my backlink program to get better SEO. I am adding more articles and videos over the coming weeks. I am placing adverts on yahoo, bing, facebook, Ezines, Exactseek, and other alternate ppc systems. The downside of most of these is that you pay up front. The good side is that they are cheap and with ppc, you only pay for clicks.

What Else

I am taking a serious look at my data from google and working out which keywords attracted buyers. Then I will be targeting those keywords with articles, videos and syndication using my backlink and syndication software, plus putting articles on my blog. I am now getting serious, and wanting to dominate the search engines from the terms I choose, and then google will be largely irrelevant.

My Advice

By all means do your bit to get top rankings on google and other search engines. Then make sure the pages that get indexed have a call to action and actually start the process of generating sales. This is a big mistake many marketers make. For instance, every piece you put on the internet needs a call to action or resource box which tells you specifically the next step to take if you are interested in the information. I can’t tell. If you are an aggressive marketer, yes, you will get banned sooner or later. You may get caught in the crossfire of someone else’s dispute too. Don’t take the risk. Do something now. The owner of the company attends our events every year and usually, he doesn’t say much to me. This time he approached me to tell me that I was doing very well in a difficult climate! You probably guessed it already, but according to the boss, only one other person in the whole company was building a business successfully on line. It Gets Better

Many have laughed at me over the years. They think you can’t build an MLM by focusing on customers. They think it is too hard to do what I do. They go and try all sorts of get rich quick schemes and magic bullet solutions and wonder why they don’t get where they wish to. They have spent their life savings dialling people and purchasing leads.

What they don’t know is that it is some of the detail in my training that makes the difference. You won’t find this in most other training courses. It is glossed over. The ability to focus on where you want to go, and then apply learned knowledge in that direction makes the difference. My students learn that. Once you get your core system in place, you can use all the fancy stuff to drive traffic. Providing your system converts, the more targeted traffic you drive to it, the more money you make! Very simple.

Niche marketing is a hot topic nowadays. Entrepreneurs soon realize that competing with Coca Cola or other giant multinationals is simply too hard, given the billion dollar marketing budgets of these companies. It is much easier to find areas where competition is small, and there are perhaps, only a few thousand people looking for a solution. This is called a niche. By building your marketing around a number of these you can slip under the radar of other distributors in your company, and build a massive customer or distributor base for yourself and your team!

Personally, this is how I have operated for some time. This month I earned $15,282.78 in commission from Network Marketing. Most of my business has been built by developing internet niche marketing strategies. If you have a great product, it will have massive application. Mike is reputed to have earned over $1.5m since he launched Magnetic Sponsoring in 2005. He adopted a different approach to other Internet Marketing Gurus by concentrating on ways to make his Network Marketing business more successful. Once he realized the power of what he had discovered, he went to the wider market of all networkers and the rest is history.

I have purchased 4 products from Mike. Traffic Formula, Magnetic Sponsoring and PPC Domination are all excellent. I would highly recommend these to anyone. What Is PPC Domination?

PPC Domination is a step by step video course to teach you how to set up a campaign on Google Adwords. Nothing special here except anyone can now get started by simply following his video instructions.

Even if you are a beginner with Internet Advertising, this will take much of the mystery out of the process.

As I moved through the videos, I came across a few gems. He shows us how to organize ads for maximum effect, what to do with keywords, and when to create new ads.

Split Testing is discussed in detail as well as what point to use the data you collect. Many people make decisions too early or spend too much money before making changes. This alone could save you a fortune!

He gives good tips on keyword generation and at the end a sound program to make sure you only invest what you can afford.

Jim made his money promoting Magnetic Sponsoring, so he recommends promoting that program to make money. Nothing wrong with this except it will provide Mike with even more millions!!

If you are interested in making money on the internet, watch how mike does it. He is brilliant. Every product cross promotes into another and you are likely to end up with the full suite!

If you are advertising on Adwords, this is a must. There are several tips you could apply immediately to save hundreds of dollars on your google costs. I am already implementing some of the ideas and expect to see my profits from google soar.

Finally, someone has found a way to educate people in the right way to use PPC to build an MLM business.

Like many of you, I have read several books on goal setting. For me, I am a heretic. After attending Bob Proctor’s “Goal Achiever” course, and doing the exercises, I have to say that the goal I set never happened. I attended Sandy Foster’s “Millionaire Mindset” course, Robert Kiyosaki’s “Money and You” and a number of other trainings by leading “gurus”. Add to that “The Secret” and training by many Internet Marketing Gurus and I have done most of what is out there. None of these sent me on a path to riches as promised!

Now, I am not complaining. My family have a rich life with regular overseas trips, our house is owned more by us than the bank, and we want for nothing. My Network Marketing income has gradually increased with cheques averaging 3 times the amount of 2 years ago. That puts me in the more prosperous of network marketers. I have managed to achieve many “goals”. It is just that the mechanism seems a little different to what I was taught!

So what did work for me?

The simple answer is focus and intention. I learned about these qualities from reading Carlos Castenada’s book, “The Power Of Silence”. It is definitely worth a read and holds the key to Shamanism, or Spiritual Mastery. This is not some hocus pocus witch doctor stuff, it contains the very essence of how to manifest on the material plane. A goal becomes something to focus on. Then the much misunderstood intention part is what makes it happen. I love Captain Picard on Startrek’s standard, “Make It So”. This is a command and for me it contains great wisdom. It is not dream it so, but “make” it so. The command is carried out by performing operations, not by contemplating on their navels.

True, your every action is driven by your beliefs. What you expect to be true is! That doesn’t mean you are doomed to mediocrity or poverty either. Even these strong beliefs can be overturned by focused action. When we do something against our core beliefs it creates an uncomfortable feeling. Sometimes it creates a backlash. Once you are aware of this, you have a choice. Fall back into old patterns created by your old way of thinking, or approaching every situation with a new set of beliefs. Keep adopting the beliefs you wish to be true and acting accordingly and your results will change over time.

This is where some planning is useful. Find people who are successful and model what they do. I have lost count of the number of times I have done what others have done successfully and not achieved the same results. I have done pretty well though, using the ideas in this article. The ultimate way to succeed is to have faith and refuse to give in. When your advertising doesn’t work, learn from your mistake and do something else, rather than saying advertising doesn’t work. It does! When people say “no” they are the wrong people. Find out why and see if you can adjust your approach next time. Above all, never, ever, ever give up. This was Winston Churchill’s formula for success he used to win World War II!

OK, now for some practical stuff. Again, if you have been reading my articles, you would know I have made many incentive or reward trips. Sometimes these didn’t look like happening. What I would do is to keep focused on activities that could result in achieving the reward. When it came close to the deadline, I would look at how far away the goal was, how much it would cost me to get there, and what the risk was. If I didn’t place enough importance on achieving the goal, I may let it go. When a Caribbean Cruise was on offer, or a trip to New York, It was strong enough to get me to do what was necessary.

I did what I normally did throughout the reward period, and then once I had decided to go, I made it happen. On one occasion I purchased nearly $4,000 worth of products. I approached a number of people who were thinking of buying products from me and consolidated orders. I then paid the cash and what was left I managed to sell within a month. I made a profit on the sale of the products, and I went on that cruise! Magic happened. Once I increased my inventory, more people came forward to purchase the products from me.

So What Does All This Mean?

Well, your future success is in your hands. When you decide you are going to achieve your goal, you will. You will find a way to get the money, product sales, or whatever else you require. You will have faith that no matter how bleak the future looks or no matter how far you push your boundaries, having taken the leap of faith into guaranteed success, life will move in your favour. It is exciting, invigorating, a little scary, but it works. So think of something you would like to achieve but perhaps though too difficult. Decide to “make it so”. Then develop a fool proof plan with back up that can’t fail!! You will not only achieve your goal, it will shift your belief systems and give you ongoing success.

One last thing, celebrate your success. Have a bottle of champagne, go to the movies, do something to celebrate. Rewarding yourself for achievement is very important to anchor your new found belief system that you can do anything you set your mind to!

Reflecting back on the last month, it is obvious to me that the most important aspect of success is your personal beliefs. Years ago I listened to a Randy Gage cassette, “Secrets of a Dynamic Day” every morning for 2 months. It simply told me that today was going to be a wonderful day and that I would attract people to me. My business took off in that time. It was amazing. More recently I was privileged to hear a conference call led by none other than legend John Milton Fogg. He talked about beliefs and how your results absolutely reflect your mindset. I have been teaching this for years and yet there is always a higher level you can go to.

As students of network marketing and perhaps internet marketing, you have seen many offers that will provide 25 distributors a month, untold wealth, never pay for leads again, great MLM leads, etc etc. I have done workshops with Danni Johnson, Tom Big Al Schreiter, Mike Dillard, and many top Network Marketing performers. I have also done all manner of prosperity courses with people like Sandy Foster and Robert Kiyosaki. I even did some coaching calls with Blair Singer of Salesdogs. I purchased hundreds of leads and quite a few greyhound guaranteed to make you money web sites and systems.

Did they work?

Well sort of. I am a little concerned and possibly about to cut my own throat here. I developed my own system after learning from some of the best and consolidating all the information. I found a way to reduce the cost and increase the profits from any business I participate in. It resulted in sales of $177,000 last financial year and that doesn’t even include the $1m plus sales of my Network Marketing groups. I can see huge growth happening providing one thing happens. I have set up my exact system for several people. One or two outperformed me, many are making comfortable income and the rest say it doesn’t work. My mentor, Armand Morin has a saying “Success Leaves Traces”, so there must be a reason for this. It is definitely not the system, it works for me month after month, year after year.

The Reason So Many Fail.

It is important for me that you know the truth. My aim is to get you to understand why you have the level of success you have and what you can do about it. This is my mission. Of course if you are part of my personal coaching program, you are going to get a dose of me telling you that the only thing stopping your success is you! I have seen people make the commitment and draw new recruits out of thin air. They raised their level of belief for a while after attending a seminar, having a pep talk, or deciding they must reach a goal. Usually they then go back in their shell and think it was a fluke. It rarely is. If you believe you will fail, you will. To be successful is to develop the mindset that you are going to get to the level you have targeted and do whatever it takes. You are not going to be put off by all the losers out there who can’t make it and are full of useless advice. You are going to listen to successful people, hang around these people, learn and act on what you learn.

Changing your mindset takes time. It requires constant vigilance. Work out what mindset you desire and then start acting like you are that person. When you find yourself drifting back into old habits, stop, look at the reason you want to change, and then get back on track. Keep doing this until the new beliefs become a habit. This will take you up a notch. Keep reaching higher. You only see the next level when you master the current one. If $1m a month income is not even a possibility for you, it is too big a stretch. Do it in increments.

OK I hope I have made my point. It is your beliefs that drive your results. Every word you speak, every message you send, every action you take is influenced by what you believe about your ability to succeed. Go back and have a look at what you wrote a year ago. I bet if you have been learning you will be disgusted by it. Back then you thought it was cool. This is because as your reality changes, so do your actions.

The question is how can you reach these targets and start travelling the world with your MLM paying for the trip? I can offer some advice as since 1993 I have been on 8 trips to the other side of the world, with 5 paid trips to Australian holiday destinations. I have been on a Caribbean Cruise, A vacation in Cancun Mexico, New York City in a 4 star hotel, Broadway Shows, Las Vegas, Dallas, Cairns Australia, The Sunshine and Gold Coasts in Australia. Every one of these trips was paid for by an MLM company.

By now you are aware that I talk from experience – I am not full of hot air, just frequent flyer miles! So here goes – I am sharing my secret strategies you can use to get to your reward destination, no matter what level you are at in your organisation.

First, you need to know what your target is. I suggest a thermometer placed on the wall. Mark it off in sections with the top line your goal. This should be incentive points. Having a clear goal and spending some time daily affirming that you have reached your target is a very important step.

Second you will require some new prospects. I advertise! Yes, spend a little money and get some solid customer leads. Talk to your contacts by all means. Enrolling customers is the easiest way to get there.

Split Packs. Now I will be in trouble with every MLM management out there. Most companies offer incentives to sell packs. This can be up to 50% of the cost with a good MLM. Work out what your cost per item is and sell the products at a slight profit taking into consideration your commission. By splitting packs, you can undercut your competition and satisfy many more clients while building up reward points. Usually one really good promotion will put you ahead of the crowd.

Make it happen. Commit to purchasing whatever extra product you need to qualify before the competition deadline. One year I purchased $4,000 worth of product just before midnight to qualify. In two months I sold the lot! There is nothing like a shelf full of product and your spouse complaining about all that stock you purchased to motivate you to go and talk to people.

Offer Bribes! Let’s face it, if you are getting a trip worth thousands, you can probably spare a few hundred to bribe some people to take stock off your hands. Even if you lose a little on the sale, it is better than having expired product on your shelf.

Earn additional points by teaching these tactics to your team. Normally volume increases or rank advancement will give you additional points.
I know this sounds quite simple. It is what I have done repeatedly. The magic is that when you make a plan and take appropriate action every day to drive you towards your goals, they magically happen. Try this and you will see this is so. Buy into fear and doubt and you will be waving goodbye to that cruise ship leaving post. I will be on it!

I used to get mad when I saw others succeed when I didn’t. I felt I worked just as hard, but success eluded me. I spent the money on personal development and training, yet, when it came time to roll out the rewards, somehow they didn’t come to me.

Sure, I was making a few hundred dollars a month from my MLM business. At lest I made a profit, which was more than most people. But, I wasn’t getting any further. Some invisible force blocked my path!

Then one day in June 200 it happened. Facing almost certain bankruptcy, I had dragged myself down the freeway to Sydney to attend yet another MLM meeting with some Guru who had all the answers. After a couple of hours, it was obvious that he didn’t! Like everyone else, he wanted me to make him rich – or at least that was the way I looked at it. I mean the product was a web page builder – not very exciting. It was very crude compared to what is on offer today.

I left the meeting for the long trip home and whammo – I was pulled over by a couple of kids in jeans who turned out to be cops! They checked my license plate and discovered my car was a day out of rego – bastards. I was hopping mad. I had spent weeks getting the car ready and was going to get the rego check done next day. There was nothing defective about the vehicle. This was a technicality.

I reluctantly took the two tickets they presented and started driving. They stopped me again. “Where are you going?” “Home”, I said. “You can’t go anywhere or we will arrest you!” I had to drive to the nearest Service Station across the road and leave it till morning. I was not happy – I was devastated. Don’t you hate it when someone else controls your life? When someone else tells you what you can and cannot do, for no seemingly logical reason?

I waited. I rang my mum (she lived a few blocks away). “Can I stay the night?” I pleaded. Then I thought about my situation. Did I really want to spend even more of the money I didn’t have? I mean I was facing a huge dentist bill, my business owed $30,000. Pretty soon the credit card company would call for funds I didn’t have. The TV stations and Newspapers were circling in on me. The last thing I needed was a huge bill for my car.

I did the only sensible thing. I climbed back in my car and sneaked home! Got back around 2 am I think. I decided then and there not to be pushed around by anyone. I decided I would fight my way out of this and never go there again. I decided I would do what it took to change my circumstances. I decided that no human or circumstance would stop me!

Now, I had thought this many times and very little changed. On those occasions I quickly slipped back to normality, thinking that one day everything would be fine. This didn’t work! You may know what I am talking about?

In the next week, I got a job to provide some cash flow. It came from nowhere. The car was registered. I wrote to the cops and eventually they dropped the fines I couldn’t pay. I rang all my creditors and made arrangements to pay off the debts. I started in another MLM that for two years provided the funds I needed to pay off the debts.

Wind forward to June 2002. As I neared my goal of being debt free except for the mortgage, a miracle happened. I was laid off from my job. Yes, you guessed it, this provided the rest of the money to get my finances back in order.

This time I felt I was ready to start towards the big time. I put an action plan in place and called my MLM team members. I had picked out one company to become a success with. Over the next few years, my income soared to some $3000 or more monthly. Then I had some problems with up line and company management and got disillusioned. I saw my business slide. What was I to do?

I started marketing on the internet. I had been quietly studying this for some time. First I had an on line course adapted from workshops we used to conduct. Then I built a system around a couple of the MLM products I had in my arsenal. After a few months, one of them started climbing in sales. Two years later, this single sales letter is responsible for over $3,000 a month of my commission income!

Then I had a phone call from someone I met on a company trip in Mexico or somewhere like that. I don’t remember him, but he remembered me. He, like many others, was phoning everyone he had ever met to tell them about yet another MLM! I told him to get lost – twice!

A few months later a friend of mine told me of spectacular results with the products, so I rang back and joined. In three months, I was earning $3,000 a month on top of what I had before. This has continued and grown over the last year or so. It has provided the additional funds for me to be approaching $10,000 a month in commission only, and over $20,000 a month in business turnover. Not bad for someone who settled for a few hundred dollars once.

Like it or not, it was a decision made all those years ago which started all of this success. I project a doubling of business over the next year or so, and I have the plans to achieve that. All three MLMs I am involved with are growing, where thousands of others have quit or wondered why they didn’t work! My progress has been steady. It has been consistent. Now I am so excited, I can’t stop telling people how great life is when you work for yourself, and spend your efforts empowering others to move into a life of freedom and passion. I have others in my group who feel as I do. It all started with that one moment.

This industry is a great one. There are many success stories. I bet if you asked those who are making it when this started, they can tell you. It will be a moment when they drew a line in the sand. A time when they decided the buck stopped with them. A time when they decided they would do what it takes to change their circumstances.

Like it or not, you have 100% control over your attitude. I can teach you everything you need to succeed far better than I have. It will only work if you have the right attitude and determination never again to be controlled by external thoughts, circumstances or people. The you will feel the power of the prophets, and of the great men and women in history.

If you slowed down because you don’t think the product works, there is not much hope for you. You are doomed to a life of mediocrity! If it is because you didn’t make enough money, you are lacking skills or self belief. These can be fixed!

I have been through the highs and lows of the last 18 months with a new company. It has been a tough road. Along the
way I keeps sharing the main product with many people. Some of them have their youth and vitality back. I do! After 10 years n MLM, I was getting a little stale. I was caught up in politics and diminishing organisations as a result. Since
I joined this company, something has changed..

Maybe it is a result of the products. I take many of them regularly. I am exercising harder that ever before with no
injuries. My brain fog is clearing. Like it or not, I am confident I offer outstanding products which produce real results. You should believe in your products as much as I do.

Most of the people I introduced to the product dropped out for one reason or another. Pity, they either didn’t really want to change, or just don’t have enough vision to see the transformation this business and industry can bring in their own life! You think that is a bit harsh?

If you have read this far, take a quick brain check. How are you reacting to this? Is your brain trying to think up reasons you didn’t reach your goals? Are you thinking how you were misled you or didn’t do enough for you? Are you thinking about all the people who showed promise, but did very little? Be aware of your thoughts. If you want to make the change to a life of freedom and financial and health abundance, you will be focused on what do I need to learn and what needs to change in me for me to get there!

My new business is taking off. Through constant sorting, I now have a small core group of enthusiastic, successful people who are determined not to get in the way of their success. The reward is a positive enthusiastic view on life. It is thinking and feeling young again. It is applying youthful enthusiasm to life.

Got to go feed the little one now. A new era is beginning. Everyone who takes part will grow personally, and some will end up with more cash than they can spend as a result.

Enjoy your day. As long as you believe in your heart that your products will benefit people much more that the amount it costs to get them, you will do well. The only other way to fail is to lose your enthusiasm or worse still, quit.

We are in a wonderful indsutry where we succeed by helping others. There is no other way!
