The rest of the rip we stayed at Ruby’s Inn at Bryce Canyon, relaxing and hiking. It was a truly incredible experience with temperatures reaching 48 degrees F in the daytime, not many people around and incredible energy during our long hikes.

The last day, we hiked 8 miles into the canyon, and I felt more centered than I have for some time. With a young child, and busy lifestyle, we often forget to take time out to relax and get into the space of inspiration. Well, as we descended from 8,500 feet I started to feel an overwhelming sensation of gratitude.

During the hike, there were several moments of inspiration, and I recorded them on video. They are included in the following video. I hope they provide some inspiration for you, and perhaps an insight you can use!
