I have certainly spent thousands of hours on various trainings and an enormous quantity of cash learning how to find and recruit people into my businesses. Every year, I talk to thousands about my business and products, so follow up is a serious challenge to me. There simply aren’t enough hours in the day to do everything, particularly with a family and demanding 3 year old on hand. I had no choice other than to start prioritizing my duties and in 2010, I am doing an inventory of everything I do within my business to streamline it even further. This year I am concentrating on what I do well and outsourcing everything else. The one thing you can’t outsource as many of you have pointed out – is personal contact and relationship building, or can you?
