If you have spent any time in Network Marketing, you will know that the number one challenge facing all of us is finding people to talk to! Solutions range from the 3 foot rule where you hit on everyone who comes near you to attraction marketing and, of course, my MLM Customer Acquisition System. I have certainly spent thousands of hours on various trainings and an enormous quantity of cash learning how to find and recruit people into my businesses. The question is, once you have a fish on the line – what then? Recently I was asked to detail my methods in an in depth interview by Roslyn Ashtee.

In the interview, Roslyn manages to prize some real gems from deep within my memory on how I managed to retain customers and business builders over the years. Every year, I talk to thousands about my business and products, so follow up is a serious challenge to me. There simply aren’t enough hours in the day to do everything, particularly with a family and demanding 3 year old on hand. I had no choice other than to start prioritizing my duties and in 2010, I am doing an inventory of everything I do within my business to streamline it even further. This year I am concentrating on what I do well and outsourcing everything else. The one thing you can’t outsource as many of you have pointed out – is personal contact and relationship building, or can you?
